JustCloud Review: Finding out the Great Offers from JustCloud

Cloud storage is now becoming more and more popular. There were only several providers operating in the cloud storage, but now many more providers are available and offering their services in such industry. Among the many systems operating in this field, JustCloud is basically a new provider. Of course it is advisable that you read JustCloud review before deciding to choose a package.

Unlike other free cloud storage providers – like Dropbox – JustCloud is a paid service. However, you are given three package options. The basic one is the Home, with a 75GB storage space. The next one is the Premium, with 250GB storage space. This is the most popular one, considered as the package with the right amount of space; it is not too much or not too little either. It is certainly suitable for personal usage or small business. The final one is the Unlimited, with unlimited storage space.

Another great thing about this online backup is that you won’t have to worry about your important data and files. Once you make the online backup, you can be sure that it remains safe and sound. Whatever happens to your computer or mobile devices – whether it is being attacked by virus or there is an internal technical malfunction – your data won’t be lost. Moreover, you can always access the data and files through whatever devices you have.

JustCloud Features:

  1. Cheapest cloud storage compares to others.
  2. The GUI is user friendly.
  3. Drag & drop features.
  4. Compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux OS.
  5. Free Mobile App for iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry, Windows 8, and Kindle Fire.
  6. Sync multiple computers & Full computer restore.
  7. Locate lost laptop.
  8. Customer Support 24/7 through phone and email.

Of course, as a provider, JustCloud provides some great perks for your online activities. For a starter, it offers a free trial with 15MB plus Free 1 GB storage space. It is not a lot, but it should be enough for temporary purpose. Feel free to tweak, adjust, or keep your files during the free trial period. It should be enough to help you determine whether this service is worth it or not.

Second, the overall implementation and operation is very easy. The user interface is simple and friendly, allowing you to make changes or modifications according to your preference. Not to mention that you can make your own schedule for automatic backup. With this feature, you can be sure that all your data will be safely protected and you won’t lose a thing.

Third, the drag and drop feature is really nice. Dragging files from your computer and then dropping them on your account will make things easier and also faster. Whenever you access the folder My Files, Sync Folder, or Restore in your cloud account, the backup will automatically made.

Fourth, you can always expect 24/7 support through phone and email. Whenever you come across problems or issues, feel free to call them or drop them an email. You should be able to receive the answer or solutions right away.

My personal opinion about JustCloud

Like all other stuffs, there are also some minor flaws that you may encounter when having this account. First of all, you can’t have technical support through phone, although it is available 24/7. For technical issues, you can only send them emails. Services through phone are only for solving unrecognized charges, renewal enquiry, or billing.

Second, when you want to make online backup, you can’t really copy the entire folder. You need to copy each file one by one. It won’t be a problem for personal use or small business, or when you don’t have too much data. But when you have loads of data, files, and folders, the backup process can really take a while – even longer period.

Conclusion: All in all, if you have a small business, having JustCloud service can be very handy. Even when you are using it for your personal use, you can be sure that your files are safe and sound. No more data loss issue or being worried that your files will be gone with all the malicious attack.
